Tutor Corps uses a one-on-one tutoring model that
treats each student as a unique individual. Our model also
integrates mentoring to increase motivation and confidence
– essential components of long-term success. Research
backs up our own experience; our approach is the best way
to improve students’ academic performance.
We offer tutoring in most subjects for K-12 grade, SAT tutoring,
and college essay assistance. Tutor Corps is a small,
family run tutoring organization that works with students
of all backgrounds and abilities, including those with different
learning styles, learning challenges (ADD/ADHD), and health
issues. We help students develop their academic potential
and teach them organization and study skills in each tutoring
session.
Our mission is to build skills and confidence, increase motivation,
and inspire a love of learning in all of our students. Our
goal is student success, start to finish.
